About Our Centre

The newest addition to our family of Precious Cargos is our lovely Marion centre! This centre boasts an amazing, free-flowing & natural outdoor space which is ideal for child play and collaboration. With a kitchen cooking platform and large music room, this centre also has everything a child needs to develop their sensorial and practical skills.

    5 Day Week Discount
    Children enrolled for 5 days per week receive a 5% discount on fees.
    Centre Pets
    Part of the Precious Cargo family are our wonderful Centre pets. Come meet them!
    Dinner
    We understand work arrangements and schedules mean that dinner time can be a stressful experience. We provide your child dinner if they attend their Centre until late.
    ELC Program
    Funded kindergarten 4, emphasizing school readiness, and a tailored program to meet your child's needs and learning.
    Holiday Discounts
    We offer 4 weeks at 50% discount each financial year. *Conditions Apply
    Inclusive Support
    All educators are trained in allergy awareness, CPR and first aid and we welcome children who require additional support.
    Indoor and Outdoor Environments
    Children have access to purpose built indoor and outdoor classrooms.
    Infant Formula
    Just like supplying solid meals to older children, we also provide formula for our infants.
    Montessori Curriculum
    Purposeful environments, emphasizing real life learning and experiences and trained educators in the Montessori method of learning.
    Nappies and Wipes
    No need to provide your child's nappies and wipes as these are included in your fees.
    Public Holidays
    Our Centre is closed on all Public Holidays however fees remain payable for permanent bookings that fall across those days.
    Sunscreen
    Sun safety is highly important, and practices to ensure children are safe from the sun is imbedded into the program and routines. Sunscreen is provided to all children who attend the Centre.

    Meet Our Team

    Jaimee

    Centre Manager

    My name is Jaimee and I am the Centre Manager here at Precious Cargo Marion. Many years ago, serendipitous circumstances introduced me to the field of childcare and I soon fell in love. Over the course of my career, I have worked across all ages of children, working from educator, to team leader and now director. Beginning with my Certificate 3 in Childcare, I have since completed my diploma and have almost completed my Bachelor of Education.

    Personal circumstances have led me to educate in many places across the country. Through my professional experience, I have built strong values in areas of leadership, communication and advocacy. My strengths lie within leadership skills, differentiation and honesty. My teaching presence and being a parent myself, allows me to understand the whole child, the point of view of my colleagues and the experience of parents. These perspectives allow me to approach communication and childcare with the lens of sensitivity, understanding and with reflexivity.
